Terms of Use
Effective July 16, 2026. These policies require qualified business and legal review, which is not yet complete.
No employment or professional guarantee
missionStack does not employ participants, guarantee outcomes, or replace legal, financial, security, accessibility, or other professional advice.
Accurate information
Participants must provide accurate identity, capability, need, availability, completion, and impact information and promptly correct material changes.
Safe access
Do not exchange passwords or permanent credentials through missionStack. Use least-privilege, time-limited access and follow the nonprofit’s approved security practices.
Engagement responsibility
Participants remain responsible for confirming scope, authority, data handling, intellectual property, licenses, and completion criteria before work begins.
Suspension
missionStack may pause or suspend access to protect participants, investigate concerns, preserve service quality, or comply with law.
