Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026. These policies require qualified business and legal review, which is not yet complete.
AI processing
Submitted profile and request information is sent to the configured OpenAI models to structure intake, create embeddings, and produce explainable recommendations. Do not submit credentials or unnecessary confidential information.
Visibility
Private records remain authenticated. Public volunteer, organization, testimonial, and impact information appears only when the applicable visibility and consent controls are enabled.
Retention
Records and audit history are retained for platform operations, safety, evaluation, and restoration unless deletion is legally required or approved through an account request.
Security
missionStack uses access controls, audit records, encrypted network transport where configured, database backups, and administrative review. No system can guarantee absolute security.
