Code of Conduct and Safety

Effective July 16, 2026. These policies require qualified business and legal review, which is not yet complete.

Respect

Treat participants with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, retaliation, fraud, exploitation, and deceptive capability claims are prohibited.

Boundaries

Honor stated schedules, causes, access limitations, communication preferences, and decisions to decline, pause, or close an engagement.

Confidentiality

Use only the information needed for the agreed work. Do not copy, retain, disclose, or repurpose nonprofit, donor, client, employee, or volunteer information without authority.

Credentials and systems

Never request or send passwords in missionStack. Avoid shared accounts and production access where a sandbox, export, supervised session, or temporary role is sufficient.

Reporting

Use the Safety page for concerns or disputes. Immediate threats should be directed to emergency services. Good-faith reporting and participation in review must not trigger retaliation.

Reviews and impact

Reviews must be factual and relevant. Public impact claims require approved completion data and the participant’s applicable visibility consent.
